ASSIGNMENT OF AUTHORIZED OVERTIME. When an administrator responsible for a work area schedules overtime in a particular classification, it shall be spread as equitably as possible in order of seniority within that work area and on a reasonably practical basis among the employees thereof. Where there are no volunteers for overtime duty such duty shall be assigned on a rotation basis starting with the most junior employee that is qualified.
