Assignment of Certain Items. On the New Agreement Delivery Date, the City shall assign to New Operator all of the City’s right, title and interest in and to all moneys (including security deposits, insurance proceeds, and condemnation awards), if any, then held by, or payable to, the City that OVG (or Leasehold Mortgagee) would have been entitled to receive as of such date but for termination of the Lease Agreement. On the New Agreement Delivery Date, the City shall also transfer to New Operator all subleases, service contracts, and net income collected by the City in connection with the operation of the Arena during the period between termination of the Lease Agreement and the New Agreement Delivery Date.
