Common use of Assignment of County Automobiles Clause in Contracts

Assignment of County Automobiles. The Employer reserves the right to continue, modify or cease altogether the assignment of County automobiles to employees within the bargaining unit. Further, the Employer reserves the sole and exclusive right in determining which bargaining unit employees, if any, will be assigned the use of County automobiles, the purpose for which they are assigned, and the terms and conditions of any such assignment. The Employer's rights pursuant to this Section shall not be subject to the Grievance or Arbitration Procedure established under this Agreement.
