No existing Government Contract of any Borrower (and no present or future interest of any Borrower, in whole or in part, in, to or under any such Government Contract) is currently assigned, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise transferred to any person or entity (other than in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders ratably).
