Common use of Assignment of Haulage Reference Tariffs Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Haulage Reference Tariffs. Where AGN is charging a particular Haulage Reference Tariff in respect of a particular DP, then that particular Haulage Reference Tariff is to be regarded as being “assigned” to that DP.
