Reference Services. This Access Arrangement is required to describe the reference services for the Network. The reference services must be consistent with the AER’s reference service proposal decision under rule 47A of the National Gas Rules, unless there has been a material change in circumstances. The reference services are described in Table 1. They comprise: a two Haulage Reference Services, namely: 1 the Volume Haulage Service; and
Reference Services. 4.2.1 TransUnion offers a suite of reference services from sources other than its Consumer Reporting Database (“Non-CRD Reference Services”), which it may make available to Subscriber under the terms of this Agreement. Subscriber shall not use Non-CRD Reference Services for marketing purposes without the prior written consent of TransUnion. 4.2.2 TransUnion also offers the suite of reference services from its Consumer Reporting Database (“CRD Reference Services”). If Subscriber desires to receive CRD Reference Services, Subscriber hereby certifies that the specific purpose(s) for which the CRD Reference Services will be requested, obtained and used by Subscriber is one or more of the following uses as described in, and as may be interpreted from time to time, by competent legislative, regulatory or judicial authority, and as being encompassed by Section (6802)(e) of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, Title V, Subtitle A, Financial Privacy (15 U.S.C. § 6801-6809) (“GLB”) and the United States Federal Trade Commission rules promulgated thereunder. Subscriber shall not request, obtain or use such CRD Reference Services for any other purpose. • As necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by the consumer, or in connection with servicing or processing a financial product or service requested or authorized by the consumer; • As necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by the consumer, or in connection with maintaining or servicing the consumer’s account with Subscriber and Subscriber is a financial institution; • With the consent or at the direction of the consumer; • To protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, or other liability; • For use solely in conjunction with a legal or beneficial interest held by Subscriber and relating to the consumer; or, • For use solely in Subscriber’s fiduciary or representative capacity on behalf of the consumer. 4.2.3 For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Reference Services” shall be deemed to include both Non-CRD Reference Services and CRD Reference Services. Subscriber shall not take any adverse action against any consumer that is based in whole or in part on the Reference Services.

Reference Services. End User certifies that End User shall use the Reference Services solely for the End User's exclusive one-time use and shall hold such Reference Services in strict confidence. End User shall not request, obtain or distribute Reference Services for any other purpose including, but not limited to, for the purpose of selling, leasing, renting or otherwise providing information obtained udner this Agreement to any other party, whether alone, in conjuction with End User's own data, or otherwise in any service which is derived from the References Services. The Reference Services shall be requested by, and disclosed by End User only to End User's designated and authorized employees having a need to know and only to the extent necessary to enable End User to use the Reference Services in accordance to this Agreement. End User shall ensure that such designated and authorized employees shall not attempt to obtain any Reference Services on themselves, associates, or any other person except in the exercise of their official duties.
Reference Services. The Providence Public Library will provide reference services to the general public through online tools such as email, chat, and instant messaging. In addition, services are requested for libraries of all types. The following services will be provided: 1. Email reference services. a) Librarians1 will provide responses to questions received via email, conducting research as necessary to answer those questions. Librarians providing online reference should be trained in the area of reference librarianship and online service. b) The service will be available a minimum total of 60 hours a week, with services available at least six days a week. c) Response time should be as soon as possible, but no longer than 48 hours from the time the question is received. d) Statistics will be maintained on questions asked, question content, question answers, and response time. e) Access to the reference service will be provided on AskRI, XX.xxx, and other websites as designated by OLIS. f) SRRC Operations will develop online forms and an email address for SRRC email reference. 2. Chat reference services. a) Librarians will provide responses to questions received via the chat service, conducting research as necessary to answer those questions. Librarians providing chat service should be trained in the area of reference librarianship and online service. 1 Librarian is defined throughout as an individual who has received a master’s degree in library and information services from an institution accredited by ALA. b) The service will be available a minimum total of 60 hours a week, with services available at least six days a week. c) Response time should be immediate, with questions that require a longer research window referred to email reference service. d) Statistics will be maintained on questions asked, question content, question answers, and response time. e) The chat service will be provided through AskRI, XX.xxx, and other websites as designated by OLIS. f) SRRC Operations will provide the chat utility, technical support for and training on SRRC chat service.

Reference Services. (a) The Port Operator must, throughout the term of this Undertaking, publish in a prominent place on its website (in the same location as the shipping stem) details in relation to: (i) the specific services covered by the charges set out in the Reference Prices including, where appropriate, the quantity and/or duration of those services; and (ii) the criteria (if any) which must be satisfied in order to qualify for any charges set out in the Reference Prices.
Reference Services. The Reference Services available under this Access Arrangement are as follows: • a Small Customer Service; • a Large Customer Service; and • a Special Meter Reading Service. The descriptions of these Services are provided in the following Sections. The Small and Large Customer Services are for forward haulage of gas and include: (a) receiving Natural Gas from or for the account of the User at each Receipt Point; (b) transporting Natural Gas from each Receipt Point through the Network; (c) delivering Natural Gas to or for the account of the User through each Delivery Point; (d) installing, and maintaining Metering Equipment; (e) reading the Metering Equipment at scheduled intervals; (f) maintaining odorisation of Natural Gas in the Network; and (g) regulating Natural Gas pressure in the Network. These Reference Services do not include gas balancing. No provision has been made in any of the Reference Services to cover the costs of gas balancing. These Reference Services apply to all existing End Users except where pre-existing contractual arrangements provide alternative arrangements. All Prospective Network Users can request an Access Agreement under the terms and conditions associated with the Reference Services. However, under certain circumstances, including those requiring difficult or lengthy Network extensions, Prospective Users may be required to negotiate specific arrangements outside of the Reference Services. These conditions are detailed in Section 7, Extensions/Expansions Policy. Allgas will determine from time to time the applicability of each End User to a category of Reference Service. The Allgas determination will bind the User, unless proven incorrect. Allgas will not be liable for any costs incurred by the User or the End User as a result of an incorrect determination by Allgas of the End User’s Reference Service category.

  • Compliance Services (a) If Schedule I contains a requirement for the BNY to provide the Fund with compliance services, such services shall be provided pursuant to the terms of this Section 6 (the “Compliance Services”). The precise compliance review and testing services to be provided shall be as mutually agreed between the BNY and each Fund, and the results of the BNY’s Compliance Services shall be detailed in a compliance summary report (the “Compliance Summary Report”) prepared on a periodic basis as mutually agreed. Each Compliance Summary Report shall be subject to review and approval by the Fund. The BNY shall have no responsibility or obligation to provide Compliance Services other that those services specifically listed in Schedule I. (b) The Fund will examine each Compliance Summary Report delivered to it by the BNY and notify the BNY of any error, omission or discrepancy within ten (10) days of its receipt. The Fund agrees to notify the BNY promptly if it fails to receive any such Compliance Summary Report. The Fund further acknowledges that unless it notifies the BNY of any error, omission or discrepancy within 10 days, such Compliance Summary Report shall be deemed to be correct and conclusive in all respects. In addition, if the Fund learns of any out-of-compliance condition before receiving a Compliance Summary Report reflecting such condition, the Fund will notify the BNY of such condition within one business day after discovery thereof. (c) While the BNY will endeavor to identify out-of-compliance conditions, the BNY does not and could not for the fees charged, make any guarantees, representations or warranties with respect to its ability to identify all such conditions. In the event of any errors or omissions in the performance of Compliance Services, the Fund’s sole and exclusive remedy and the BNY’s sole liability shall be limited to re-performance by the BNY of the Compliance Services affected and in connection therewith the correction of any error or omission, if practicable and the preparation of a corrected report, at no cost to the Fund.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data Services:

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
