ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. This ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS (the “Assignment”) is made effective as of the ___ day of _______________, 2018, by and between Earth Born, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Assignor”), and Leafceuticals, Inc, a Nevada corporation (“Assignee”).
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. This ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS (the “Assignment”) is made effective as of the day of April, 2017, by and between Valencia Web Technology S.L., a Spanish limited liability company, (“Assignor”), and Cannabis Business Solutions Inc., a Washington corporation (“Assignee”).
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. Seller hereby grants, sells, transfers, conveys, assigns and delivers to Buyer, and Bxxxx hereby accepts, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property and other intangible assets of Seller, free and clear of all Liens.
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. Effective as of 5:00 p.m. California time on the date of Agent's receipt of the payment required in Paragraph 1 above, the intangible assets assigned to Lessor pursuant to each of the following agreements are hereby re-assigned to Symantec and the assignments evidenced thereby are hereby terminated:
(a) Assignment of Permits dated June 6, 2001 by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Newport News, Virginia to Lessor; and
(b) Assignment of Permits dated April 4, 2001 by Sony Music Entertainment Inc. to Lessor.
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. Effective as of the Closing Date, the Sellers hereby assign to Pinnacle KG the Intangible Assets and Pinnacle KG hereby accepts assignment of the Intangible Assets. The Parties undertake to give any declarations and sign any further documents reasonably necessary in order to effect the transfer to and the registration for the benefit of Pinnacle KG. To the extent that a transfer of Intangible Assets is not legally possible, the Sellers shall grant to Pinnacle KG an exclusive, irrevocable, transferable royalty-free and perpetual right to use the respective Intangible Assets. Any registration fees owed to trademark and patent offices and comparable agencies shall be borne by Pinnacle KG and each Party shall bear its own costs connected therewith.
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. Seller shall have executed and delivered to Buyer specific assignments in the form requested by Buyer for recordation of the assignment of Seller's interest in any intangible Purchased Assets.
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. Sellers have provided a list of Intangible Assets and they will be attached here.
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. This ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS (the “Assignment”) is made effective as of the ___ day of _______________, 2018, by and between Genesis Media Works, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Assignor”), and Leafceuticals, Inc, a Nevada corporation (“Assignee”).
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. This ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS (the “Assignment”) is made effective as of the 2nd day of June, 2015, by and between Dependable Critical Infrastructure, Inc. f/k/a DTREDS Consolidated, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Assignor”), and Ecrypt Technologies, Inc. (“Assignee”).
ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS. This ASSIGNMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS (the “Assignment”) is made effective as of the ___ day of July, 2022, by and between Nery’s Logistics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Assignor”), and Hempacco Co., Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Assignee”).
