Assignment of Lessee. Except as provided in this Agreement, Lessee shall not, without the prior written consent of Owner, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, assign, transfer, pledge or hypothecate this Agreement, the Aircraft or any part thereof or any interest therein.
