Assignment of Space. It is understood by Exhibitor that space will be assigned to Exhibitor by Show Management at Show Management’s sole discretion. Notification of space assignment shall be mailed to Exhibitor. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred or canceled except on written request and with the subsequent written approval of Show Management. Space assignments may be revoked or changed by Show Management if Exhibitor fails to meet payment deadlines. The size and location of Exhibitor’s space may, at Show Management’s election, differ from show to show. Notwithstanding and aforementioned, Show Management reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor. Show Management will make every effort by phone, fax and mail to notify Exhibitor of such relocation. Show Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for exhibitor’s goods, products or fixtures before, during or after the show. In assigning exhibit space, Show Management shall carefully consider and at its sole discretion weigh collectively such factors (NOTE--factors are not presented in priority order nor to be construed to be weighed or prioritize) as:
A. The size of exhibit space requested versus the overall space available for allocation to eligible exhibitors;
B. The need to accommodate and encourage the introduction of new products for the buyer’s benefit;
C. The quality and creativity of the product displays;
D. The continuity and length of an Exhibitor’s previous exhibit activity;
E. The size and shape of the space need as it relates to the effective display of an applicant’s products for the convenience and benefit of the buyers;
F. The Exhibitor’s commitment to aggressively promote buyer attendance both independently and in cooperation with Show Management; and
G. The need to balance traffic and promote buyer activity in all exhibit areas.
Assignment of Space. (a) University Housing reserves the right to fill all available bed space. Where there is a vacant space, the remaining resident(s) must maintain the area in a manner that would allow another resident to move in immediately and without prior notification. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and the student’s rental rate adjusted to the private room rate for the assigned space.
(b) University Housing reserves the right to require a resident to move to a different housing assignment when deemed necessary by Housing officials for reasons such as, but not limited to, maintenance or closure of an area, changes in use of space, crisis, safety or emergency situations, Student Code of Conduct violations or occupancy management needs.
(c) The University reserves the right to assign residents to interior accommodations including, but not limited to, converted study rooms, student staff rooms, triples or off-campus accommodations in the event that regularly designated spaces are not available.
Assignment of Space. Assignment of Space. 3.9.1 Assignment of space on Poles, in Conduits or Ducts and within ROW’s will be made pursuant to Licenses granted by AT&T-22STATE on an equal basis to AT&T-22STATE, CLEC and other Telecommunication Service providers.
Assignment of Space. A. Residents should note that residence hall space is reserved on a first-come first- served basis. The date on which the application is complete and all the fees are paid in the Office of Housing and Residence Life will establish priority for room assignment.
B. VSU will assign accommodations according to resident preferences without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, disabled status, or status as a disabled veteran.
C. VSU does not guarantee an assignment in a specific building or with a specific roommate. Roommate requests that are properly submitted in the online application by April 30th will be honored to the best of our ability, dependent on availability. Roommate requests must be mutual and accepted by all residents involved.
D. VSU reserves the right to assign or reassign space (with at least 24 hours’ notice) for the benefit of an individual resident, living unit, or to accommodate changes in occupancy patterns.
E. Residents who request and are assigned to live in a special programs building agree to abide by any additional policies necessary to maintain the desired environment. If the resident fails to abide by the special programs agreement, they may be removed from the building and assigned to another room on campus. Priority will be given to the special program over roommate and hall preference.
F. If the room occupied is an accessible room and the student is not a student with a disability in need of the accessibility features of the room, the student agrees to transfer to a non-accessible room if the accessible unit is needed for a student with a disability.
G. VSU reserves the right to assign a student any room available including an accessible room and the student understands and agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to another assignment different from that offered by VSU.
H. Apartment style rooms are primarily reserved for upperclassmen. A separate agreement is required for apartment residents.
I. VSU reserves the right to refuse housing to any resident who is delinquent in the payment of bills to VSU, who has demonstrated an unwillingness to abide by VSU Student Code of Ethics and Conduct or published Housing and Residence Life Rules and Regulations, or who exhibits behavior which is incompatible with the maintenance of order and propriety in the residence halls.

Assignment of Space. Exhibit space shall be assigned by ICM in its sole discretion for the Event. ICM reserves the right to change the floor plan or to move an exhibitor to another booth location prior to or during the Event if ICM in its sole discretion determines that to do so is in the best interest of the Event. Exhibitor shall have no claim for compensation or refund as a result of any changes.
Assignment of Space. WEF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assign the next best substitute space when the requested space is not available. WEF reserves the right to reassign exhibit space and to modify the floor plan. No use of exhibit space by a party other than the Exhibitor pursuant to this license is permitted. Only subdivisions of companies with a common parent company may utilize booth space jointly. A minimum of 100 square feet per division is required. All invoices due to WEF must be paid prior to the assignment or occupation of exhibit space. Exhibit space is assigned on a date-received basis, including during booth moves. Full payment for the Exhibitor's assigned space must be received at the time of receipt of the Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract. Reservations will not be processed without payment in full of the booth rental fee. All invoices due to WEF must be paid prior to the assignment or occupation of exhibit space. Exhibitor is eligible for the Exhibitor Member rate only if the Exhibitor has an Exhibitor membership at the time of billing and continuously through to the time of the Exhibition.
Assignment of Space. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booth assignment. Every effort will be made to respect the exhibitors’ space choices for preferred space whenever possible, but exhibit management’s decision shall be final. Exhibit management reserves the right to transfer assignments when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the total exhibit effort.
Assignment of Space. Space will be assigned at the discretion of HR Houston. HR Houston will attempt to accommodate the requests of the Exhibitor, but reserves the right to reassign space. HR Houston will not be held liable for any space assignment or reassignments.
Assignment of Space a. This Contract is for an assigned space in a residence hall and not for a specific room or bed. This Contract is not a lease agreement.
b. UHDS accommodates resident housing preferences when possible, but does not guarantee assignments based on preferences.
c. The Resident is required to pay the published or officially announced rate for the single, double, triple, or quadruple space that is assigned. Specific rate information is available on our website: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/rates.
d. The University reserves the right to reassign Residents to another room or residence, or change the occupancy configuration of a room, at any time during the term of this Contract. Examples of circumstances requiring reassignments include, but are not limited to: consolidating space, conserving energy, protecting the welfare of residents, closing part or all of a residence, utilizing an ADA designated space for an ADA room accommodation, or other maintenance, economic, behavioral or safety reasons.
