Assignment of Origination Rights. Program Lender shall insure that Program Lender's rights under the Servicing Agreement and the Origination Agreement with respect to any matters occurring prior to the Purchase Date and affecting the Seasoned Loans included in each Pool shall be transferred to FMC or the Purchaser Trust by execution and delivery of a Pool Supplement. Program Lender shall require the party who originated each such Seasoned Loan to complete any loan origination services being performed for Program Lender on the Purchase Date so that complete Origination Records are ready for transfer to the Purchaser Trust (or to Servicer on its behalf).
