Common use of Assignment of Our Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Our Rights. The Bank may, at any time, sell, transfer or assign any or all of our rights under this Agreement. If the Bank does so, the Bank can share information concerning Cardholders and Accounts with prospective purchasers, transferees or assignees. In any such case, the Bank will ensure that they are bound to respect Cardholder privacy rights in the same way that the Bank is.
