Assignment of Agreement The following conditions must be satisfied in order to effectuate any assignment of this Agreement:
Assignment of Agreements Each applicable Borrower shall have executed and delivered to Lender the Assignments of Agreements, and the Assignments of Agreements shall, to the extent prudent pursuant to local practice, have been irrevocably delivered to an authorized title agent for the Title Insurer for such recordation in the appropriate filing offices in the jurisdiction in which the applicable Individual Property is located.
Assignment of Production Mortgagor does hereby absolutely and ------------------------ unconditionally assign, transfer and set over to Agent all Production which accrues to Mortgagor's interest in the Mortgaged Properties, all proceeds of such Production and all Payments in Lieu of Production (herein collectively referred to as the "Production Proceeds"), together with the immediate and continuing right to collect and receive such Production Proceeds. Mortgagor directs and instructs any and all purchasers of any Production to pay to Agent all of the Production Proceeds accruing to Mortgagor's interest until such time as such purchasers have been furnished with evidence that all secured indebtedness has been paid and that this Mortgage has been released. Assignment, Etc The Holder may assign or transfer this Note to any transferee at its sole discretion. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and its successors and shall inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and permitted assigns.

ASSIGNMENT AND XXXX OF SALE This ASSIGNMENT AND XXXX OF SALE is made, delivered and effective as of March 9, 2021, by Xxxx Wealth, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Transferor”), in favor of Series Gallery Drop 084, a Series of Xxxx Gallery LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (the “Transferee”).
Assignment of Lease Assignor hereby assigns, transfers and sets over to Assignee all of Assignor’s right, title and interest as tenant under the Lease, together with all credits, deposits, rights of refusal, options (including, but not limited to, any options to purchase or renew set forth in the Lease), benefits, privileges and rights of Assignor under the Lease.
