Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS BY LESSOR Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS BY LESSOR. If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any interest in the Aircraft to any other Person, LESSEE will, upon request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person hereunder be added as loss payee and/or additional assured in the policies effected hereunder and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policies.

If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any interest in the Aircraft to any other Person, LESSEE will, upon request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person hereunder be added as loss payee and/or additional assured in the policies effected hereunder and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policies.

To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such LESSEE's third party liability insurance policies.

If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any interest in the Aircraft to any other Person, LESSEE will, upon written request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person Person, in each case as permitted by this Lease, hereunder be added as loss payee and/or additional assured in the policies effected hereunder and, if applicable substituted as Loss Payee under the hull insurance and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policies.

If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any its rights, title or interest in the Aircraft to any other PersonPerson as permitted by this Lease, LESSEE will, upon request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person hereunder be added as a loss payee and/or an additional assured insured in the policies effected hereunder and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policies.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS BY LESSOR. If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any interest in the Aircraft to any other PersonPerson as permitted by this Lease, LESSEE will, upon request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person hereunder be added substituted as loss payee for LESSOR (without duplication in respect of hull, all risks, hull war and allied perils risk coverage) and/or be added as an additional assured in the policies effected hereunder and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policies.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS BY LESSOR. If LESSOR assigns all or any of its rights under this Lease as permitted by this Lease or otherwise disposes of any interest in the Aircraft to any other Person, LESSEE will, upon request, procure that (to the extent of the assignment or disposition) such Person hereunder be added substituted as loss payee and/or added as additional assured in the policies effected hereunder and enjoy the same rights and insurance enjoyed by LESSOR under such policies. To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policiesliability policies for 2 years.

To the extent of its retained interest or as provided in Article 24.2.1, LESSOR will nevertheless continue to be covered by such policiespolicies as an additional insured.
