Assignment of Rights to Inventions. During the term of Executive's employment, Executive agrees that any inventions made by Executive with Company's facilities, equipment, supplies, trade secrets, or that relate to Company's current or anticipated work or research, or that result from work done for Company, shall belong to Company. Executive assigns such inventions to Company, and agrees to cooperate with Company in obtaining patents on inventions for Company. Executive further agrees that Company may keep such inventions as trade secrets. All of the above shall be without any additional compensation to the Executive
