Assignment of Stewards. (1) Union stewards shall be active employees as designated by The Northeast Florida Public Employees’ Local 630, Laborers’ International Union, and shall be members of the bargaining unit. No employee shall function as a union xxxxxxx while on leave of absence without mutual consent of the Union and the Employer.
