Assignment of Teaching Load. The administrator in charge of the program will be responsible for the assignment of teaching load. A tentative notice of assignment will be given to faculty by Older Adults Program two weeks after permatization of the semester schedule. Faculty will be responsible for notifying Older Adults Program of any error(s) within two (2) weeks of receipt of the tentative notice of assignment. A confirmation letter shall be distributed to all faculty in the unit not less than one (1) week before the first class meeting.
