Assignment of the Contract. Contractor shall not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any portion thereof or of any right, title, or interest therein without the prior written consent of the State. Such consent, if granted, shall not relieve Contractor of its responsibilities under this Agreement. This provision includes reassignment of this Agreement due to change in ownership of the firm. State consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
