1.2 Thus, the PARTIES wish to formalise the rules applicable to the co-ownership of the PATENTS, the rights and obligations resulting therefrom, and the distribution forms of the OPERATING INCOME. It is hereby specified that each PARTY will personally take charge of the remuneration of its own INVENTORS. In the event of contradiction between this Agreement and the CONTRACT FOR USE signed with the COMPANY, it is specified that the provisions of the CONTRACT FOR USE shall prevail over those of this Agreement, as set out in Article 12.
