Common use of Assignment of this Note Clause in Contracts

Assignment of this Note. Issuer may not assign or transfer any of its interests, rights and obligations under this Note or the Security Documents without the prior written consent of Investor. Subject to the requirements of Section 7.2, Investor may by five business days’ written notice assign or transfer any of its interests, rights and obligations under this Note or Security Documents without Issuer’s consent.
