Assignment of Warranties and Causes of Action. (a) The Developer must assign (as beneficial owner) or cause to be assigned to Council the benefit of any warranties and guarantees obtained by the Developer and the Builder (and capable of assignment) with respect to any material or goods incorporated in or forming part of the Works.
