Assignment of your Account. You may not assign or transfer your Account to another person. You agree that we may, at any time, assign and transfer your Account, this Agreement and our rights and obligations under this Agreement, without your consent or notice to you. The assignee of your Account and this Agreement shall be entitled to all of our rights under this Agreement.
