Assignment or Grant of Participation. In conjunction with any assignment or other transfer of or grant of any participation in any of the Obligations by the Secured Party, the Secured Party shall have the right to assign or otherwise transfer or grant any participation in this Agreement, any Security Interest, any obligation of the Debtor pursuant to this Agreement or any right, remedy or power of the Secured Party pursuant to this Agreement or arising or accruing as a result of this Agreement.
