Common use of ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASING Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASING. LESSEE shall not assign this lease or sublet or allow any other firm or individual to occupy the whole or any part of the leased premises without LESSOR's prior written consent. Notwithstanding such assignment or subleasing, LESSEE and GUARANTOR shall remain liable to LESSOR for the payment of all rent and for the full performance of the covenants and conditions of this lease. LESSEE shall pay LESSOR promptly for legal and administrative expenses incurred by LESSOR in connection with any consent requested hereunder by LESSEE.

ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASING. LESSEE shall not assign this lease or sublet or allow any other firm or individual to occupy the whole or any part of the leased premises without LESSOR's prior written consentconsent which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
