Common use of Assignment or Sublicensing Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Sublicensing. Licensee may not do any of the following: (a) assign its interest in this License Agreement, (b) sublicense all or any portion of the License Area, or (c) permit any other person or business to use all or any portion of the License Area. Any change in ownership or control of Licensee shall be deemed to be a prohibited assignment by Licensee of its interest in this License Agreement.
