Common use of Assignment or Transfer Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, by operation of law or otherwise, hypothecate, assign, transfer, or encumber this Contract, or any portion thereof or any interest therein, in whole or in part, without the prior, written consent of Executive Director.
