Common use of Assignment Program Clause in Contracts

Assignment Program. No State Bar decision relating to the T&D Assignment Program, including but not limited to determining Employee eligibility, determining those vacancies and other assignments available for the program, selection of program participants, and determining the duration of the assignment shall be subject to the grievance process.
