Common use of Assignment Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment Rights. If the Company or the Xxxx Investors (or their assignees) shall have elected to exercise its Call Option to purchase Incentive Securities, then at any time prior to the closing of such transaction, the Company or the Xxxx Investors (or their assignees) may resell such of the Incentive Securities as have been purchased to any Executive(s) in such amount(s) as the Board shall determine in its full discretion and the relevant Executive shall have agreed to purchase. Such offer shall be effective with respect to all or any portion of the Call Option.
