Common use of Assignment Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment Rights. OWNER and XXXX each binds themselves, their partners, successors, assignees and legal representatives to the other party hereto and to the partners, successors, assignees and legal representatives of such other party in respect to all covenants, agreements and obligations contained in the Contract. No party shall assign, transfer or delegate any rights, obligations or duties under this Contract without the prior written consent of the other parties for which approval may be withheld for any reason or for no reason whatsoever. XXXX shall not assign, transfer, convey or otherwise dispose of the Contract or its right, title or interest in or to the same or any part thereof, without prior consent of OWNER and concurred to by the sureties.
