Common use of ASSIGNMENT/SUBCONTRACT Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT/SUBCONTRACT. a. The Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract its obligations under the Contract, in whole or in part, except with the Purchaser's prior written consent. b. The Contractor shall guarantee that any and all assignees / subcontractors of the Contractor shall, for performance of any part / whole of the work under the contract, comply fully with the terms and conditions of the Contract applicable to such part / whole of the work under the contract.
