Common use of Assignment to Bond Trustee Clause in Contracts

Assignment to Bond Trustee. The Servicer hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by any Issuer to any Bond Trustee pursuant to any Indenture for the benefit of any Transition Bondholders of all right, title and interest of such Issuer in, to and under the Serviced Intangible Transition Property owned by such Issuer and the proceeds thereof and the assignment of any or all of such Issuer's rights hereunder to such Bond Trustee. In no event shall any Bond Trustee have any liability for the representations, warranties, covenants, agreements or other obligations of any Issuer, hereunder or in any of the certificates, notices or agreements delivered pursuant hereto, as to all of which recourse shall be had solely to the assets of the applicable Issuer.
