Common use of Assignment to the First Assignee Clause in Contracts

Assignment to the First Assignee. By an assignment of the same date as this Deed made between the First Owner and the First Assignee, the First Owner assigned the First Assignee’s Unit to the First Assignee.

Assignment to the First Assignee. By an assignment of the same Assignment bearing even date as this Deed hereof and made between the First Owner of the one part and the First AssigneeAssignee of the other part and for the consideration therein expressed, the First Owner assigned unto the First Assignee the First Assignee’s Unit to the First Assignee(as hereinafter defined).
