ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER/SUBCONTRACTING. The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, all or part of the rights and obligations arising from the Agreement, without prior notice to the Beneficiary . The Beneficiary cannot use this as ground to claim the termination of the Agreement due to the Company . The Beneficiary is not authorized to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, in any way whatsoever, its rights and obligations under the Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.
