Common use of ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER/SUBCONTRACTING Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER/SUBCONTRACTING. The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, all or part of the rights and obligations arising from the Agreement, without prior notice to the Beneficiary . The Beneficiary cannot use this as ground to claim the termination of the Agreement due to the Company . The Beneficiary is not authorized to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, in any way whatsoever, its rights and obligations under the Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.

ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER/SUBCONTRACTING. The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, sub-contract all or part of the rights and obligations arising resulting from the AgreementContract, without prior notice information to the Beneficiary Beneficiary. The Beneficiary canmay not use rely on this as ground to claim the termination of the Agreement due to Contract by the Company Company. The Beneficiary is not authorized to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, in any way whatsoever, its his rights and obligations under the Agreement Contract without the Company’s prior written consentconsent of the Company.

The Beneficiary is not authorized authorised to assign, transfer and/or subcontract, in any way whatsoever, its rights and obligations under the Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.
