Common use of Assignment/Transferability Clause in Contracts

Assignment/Transferability. The Holder may assign or sell a portion or all of this Debenture to one or more of its Affiliates upon five (5) Trading Days’ notice to the Company, which assignment or sale does require the consent of the Company, or to one or more non-Affiliates upon five (5) Trading Days’ notice to the Company, which assignment or sale shall require the consent of the Company.
