Assignments; Amendments. 17.1 Any rights or obligations of the Contractors arising from this Consortium Agreement may not be assigned or transferred in all or in part to any third party without the other Contractors’ prior written approval and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld if to an Affiliate of the assigning Contractor.
