Common use of Assignments by the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Assignments by the Lenders. Subject to this clause 31, a Lender (the Existing Lender) may assign any of its rights under this Agreement to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the New Lender).

Assignments by the Lenders. Subject to this clause 31Clause 23, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign any of its rights under this Agreement and obligations (by way of “overdracht”/”cession”) to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

Assignments by the Lenders. Subject to this clause 31Clause 26 (Changes to the Lenders), a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign or transfer all or any part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement the Finance Documents to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

Subject to this clause 31, a Lender (the Existing Lender) may assign any of its rights under this Agreement any Finance Document to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, trust or fund or to any insurance or reinsurance company or to any other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the New Lender).
