No Assignment to the Borrower. No such assignment shall be made to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries.
No Assignment to the Borrower. Subject to Section 9.04(h), no such assignment shall be made to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries.
No Assignment to the Borrower. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (B), or (C) to a natural person.
No Assignment to the Borrower. No such assignment shall be made to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries; provided, however, that the Lenders may make assignments to the Borrower solely in accordance with the terms of Section 2.13. Any assignment pursuant to Section 2.13 shall not be subject to the terms of this Section 11.06(b) except as set forth in Section 2.13(a)(ii).
