Assignments for Predelivery Financing. The Buyer shall be entitled to assign its rights under this Agreement at any time in order to provide security for the financing of any Predelivery Payments subject to such assignment being in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Seller, taking into account then applicable market practice.
