Flight Crew Line Initial Operating Experience. In order to assist the Buyer with initial operating experience after Delivery of the first Aircraft, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer pilot Instructor(s) as set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. Should the Buyer request, subject to the Seller’s consent, such Seller pilot Instructors to perform any other flight support during the flight crew line initial operating period, such as but not limited to line assistance, demonstration flight(s), ferry flight(s) or any flight(s) required by the Buyer during the period of entry into service of the Aircraft, it is understood that such flight(s) shall be deducted from the flight crew line initial operating experience allowance set forth in Appendix A hereto. It is hereby understood by the Parties that the Seller’s pilot Instructors shall only perform the above flight support services to the extent they bear the relevant qualifications to do so.
