Common use of Assignments; No Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Assignments; No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Issuer, the other Credit Parties, the Agent, the Purchasers and their respective permitted successors and assigns, all as provided in, and to the extent required by, Sections 9.8 and 9.9 of the Note Agreement. No Person other than the parties hereto, and in the case of Article II hereof, the Releasees, shall have any rights hereunder or be entitled to rely on this Agreement and all third-party beneficiary rights (other than the rights of Releasees under Article II hereof) are hereby expressly disclaimed.
