Assignments or Staff Changes. There shall be no assignment or staff changes of CONSULTANT’S Key Personnel for each Services or Task Order as listed on Exhibit C. If CONSULTANT encounters a circumstance that may and/or will require a change of such Key Personnel, CONSULTANT shall promptly notify the DISTRICT in writing and obtain the DISTRICT’S written approval of any assignment, reassignment or replacement of such engineers, experts and consultants, or of other staff changes of Key Personnel working on the Services.
