Common use of Assignments Recorded Clause in Contracts

Assignments Recorded. Upon its receipt of an Assignment and Acceptance Agreement executed by an assigning Bank and an Assignee, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assignment and Acceptance Agreement has been properly completed, and subject to the Borrower's consent as above provided and payment by the parties thereto of the requisite processing and recordation fee (i) accept such Assignment and Acceptance Agreement and (ii) record the information contained therein in its records.
