Assignor obligations Sample Clauses
The "Assignor obligations" clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that the assignor must fulfill under an assignment agreement. Typically, this includes requirements such as providing accurate information about the rights or assets being assigned, ensuring that the assignment does not breach any existing agreements, and cooperating with the assignee to effectuate the transfer.
