Assistance After Employment. Employee agrees that if, subsequent to Employee's employment by the Company, his assistance is needed in regard to securing, defending, or enforcing any patent or copyright of which Employee is an inventor, co-inventor, author or co-author Employee shall provide requested assistance and the Company shall pay reasonable compensation for his time at a rate to be agreed upon but not higher than 150% of the last salary rate paid to Employee by the Company during his employment, together with full reimbursement of reasonable and necessary directly-related expenses.
