Common use of Assistance After Termination Clause in Contracts

Assistance After Termination. From and after any termination of the Employment Period (whether by the Employer, by Executive or otherwise), Executive agrees to do or cause to be done all other things and acts, to execute, deliver, file and perform or cause to be executed, delivered, filed and performed all other instruments, documents and certificates as may be reasonably requested by the Employer or are necessary, proper or advisable in order to effect the removal, transition, substitution or modification of Executive as an officer, agent, affiliate, director, manager or authorized representative of the Employer or any other positions that Executive holds with the Company Group.
