Assistance and Advice. On any claim on a policy reinsured hereunder, the Reinsurer will, at the request of the Company, advise and assist the Company in its determination of the liability and in the best procedure to follow with respect to a claim of doubtful validity, provided that the Reinsurer shall not be liable to the Company or to any third party for claims arising out of such advice and assistance.
