In the event any warranty claim arises that Dealer is unable to perform, Yamaha should a be promptly notified by Dealer and be provided the details of the claim and Yamaha shall use reasonable efforts to resolve such claim. Yamaha is relying upon Dealer's assurance that he is capable of performing service obligations for the Products.
