Common use of Assistance in Purchase of Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Assistance in Purchase of Life Insurance. If the Bank elects to invest in an Insurance Policy, the Executive shall assist the Bank by freely submitting to a physical exam and supplying such additional information necessary to obtain such insurance or annuities. It is agreed and understood, however, that the Bank is under no obligation to fund the benefits payable under this Agreement with any form of insurance.
