Assistance in Third Party Contractor Identification. In the event that either Party desires to use a Third Party contractor for supply of phospholipids and/or to manufacture of Licensed Product, it shall obtain the other Party’s prior written approval for use of such Third Party contractor, the approval of which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
