Assistance to Corporation/Trust. The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, that the Corporation/Trust may from time to time request, to assist the Corporation/Trust in obtaining favorable opinions from the Corporation/Trust's independent accountants, with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder, in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N- IA, Form N-SAR, or other annual reports to the SEC.
