Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1 The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
10.2 The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Section 4 (Security) and prior consultations with supervisory authorities required under Article 36 of the GDPR taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the Data Processor.
10.3 The Data Processor shall make available to the Data Controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Data Processor’s obligations and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the Data Controller or another auditor mandated by the Data Controller.
Assistance to Data Controller. Taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to Data Processor, Data Processor shall provide such assistance to Data Controller as Data Controller reasonably requests in relation to Data Controller’s compliance with the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR. Data Controller shall cover all costs incurred by Data Processor in connection with its provision of such assistance.
Assistance to Data Controller. The Data Processor shall reasonably assist the Data Controller, using appropriate technical and organizational means, to promptly respond to requests from Data Subjects exercising their rights under the GDPR. The Data Processor shall, taking into account the nature of Processing and the information available to the Data Processor, reasonably assist the Data Controller to allow the Data Controller to comply with its obligations under the GDPR, including but not limited to ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Article 4 (Security) and engaging in prior consultation with relevant government or regulatory bodies, such as supervisory authorities, required under Article 36 of the GDPR.
Assistance to Data Controller. 6.1. The Data Sub-processor shall assist the Data Processor by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller's obligation to respond to requests for exercising the Data Subjects’ rights under the Data Protection Laws.
6.2. The Data Sub-processor shall make available to the Data Processor all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Data Controller’s obligations and allow for and contribute to audits and data protection impact assessments, conducted by the Data Controller.
Assistance to Data Controller. 1The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to a request for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1. Technical and organisational measures: The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising Data Subject’s rights under Applicable Data Protection Law.
Assistance to Data Controller. 9.1 Vorboss shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
9.2 Vorboss shall assist Customer in ensuring compliance with the obligations under section 4 above and prior consultations with supervisory authorities required under Article 36 of the GDPR taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to Customer.
9.3 Vorboss shall make available to Customer all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with Customer’s obligations, including as set out in clause 4.3 above.
Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1. Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to the Data Processor, the Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
10.2. The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Clause 4 (Security) of this Data Processing Addendum and prior consultations with supervisory authorities required under Article 36 of the GDPR taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the Data.
10.3. The Data Processor shall make available to the Data Controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Data Processor’s obligations and allow for and contribute to audits, per the terms of the Agreement.
Assistance to Data Controller a. The Data Processor shall, taking into account the nature of the processing, assist the Data Controller by reasonably appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to request for exercising the data subject’s rights, if any, under GDPR and the CCPA.
b. The Data Processor must notify the Data Controller immediately if the Data Processor receives any complaint, notice, or communication that directly or indirectly relates to either Party’s compliance with the CCPA. Specifically, the Data Processor must notify the Data Controller within five (5) working days if the Data Processor receives a verifiable consumer request under the CCPA. Processing of the Personal Data by the Data Processor under this DPA shall be for the subject-matter, duration, nature, and purposes and involve the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects set out in this Schedule 2.
